Welcome to Kravings Club (“Kravings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (kravings.club) and services provided by Kravings Club, including membership subscriptions, purchases, and SMS notifications (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1. You must be of legal age (21 years or older, or 18 years or older with a valid medical marijuana card) to use the Services.
1.2. By using the Services, you confirm that you are legally authorized to purchase and receive cannabis-related products under applicable laws in California.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

2.1. Membership Subscriptions: Kravings Club offers subscription memberships for regular deliveries of curated cannabis products. Subscriptions are continuous and automatically renew until canceled.
2.2. Billing: When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring monthly fees, including applicable cannabis excise taxes, city taxes, and sales taxes.
2.3. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected] or using the “Manage Membership” feature on the website. Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for any previously billed cycles.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Delivery Requirements: Cannabis products must be delivered by a licensed Kravings courier. You must be present to receive your order and provide valid identification at the time of delivery.
3.2. Missed Deliveries: If you are not available to receive your delivery, you will be charged a $10 missed delivery fee. This fee will be waived for the first missed delivery.
3.3. Rescheduling Deliveries: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery may incur a fee.

4. SMS Notifications

Program Description: Subscribers will receive updates on deliveries, exclusive promotions, and important service announcements from Kravings Club.

• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
• If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected].
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

5. Loyalty Program

5.1. Earning Points: Subscribers earn points for every dollar spent on subscriptions or purchases. Points are redeemable for credits toward future purchases.
5.2. Point Expiration: Points expire after six (6) months of inactivity. Once redeemed for credits, credits must be used within 24 hours.
5.3. Non-Transferable: Points and credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

6. Taxes and Fees

6.1. All prices listed on our website exclude cannabis excise taxes, local city taxes, and sales taxes. Applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout and are your responsibility to pay.
6.2. Shipping fees are currently free but may be subject to change.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1. Due to state regulations, cannabis products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
7.2. If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, notify us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] for a resolution.

8. Privacy and Data Sharing

8.1. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
8.2. Personal data may be shared with subcontractors solely for purposes of delivering support services, such as customer service. For details, review our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website, and you will be notified of significant updates. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
